Toyota will use the Geneva Motor Show to unveil the Prius+ and a production-ready version of its FT-86 sports car.
Also on center stage will be a prototype Toyota EV (electric vehicle) and Yaris HSD hybrid concept.
The Prius+ extends the Prius family to include a seven-seat version of the popular hybrid. The extra passenger and cargo space will certainly broaden the appeal of Prius.
For the FT-86 II, this latest version looks just about set as Toyota gets ready to launch its much-anticipated sports car.
Toyota’s EV concept is also nearing production status. With a new, flat lithium-ion battery pack and a range between recharges up to 105kms, the EV will commence sales in Europe and North America from next year.
The EV is based on Toyota’s current iQ model (not sold in Australia).
